Signs You’re Ready for a Smart Thermostat Installation
You Still Have a Mechanical Dial
Older thermostats can’t be adjusted remotely and often run less accurately than a Wi-Fi model.
You Forget to Adjust It Before Leaving
A smart thermostat lets you set schedules or adjust temperature from your phone instead of relying.
Higher Energy Bills
Scheduling and away-mode features can cut down on cooling and heating run time when no one’s home.
You Want Usage Data
Smart thermostats track run time and temperature history, which helps spot a system that’s working harder.
Struggles to Hold Temperature
Inaccurate readings from an aging thermostat can cause short cycling or run longer than needed.
Installing a New AC or Furnace
Pairing a new thermostat with a new system at the same time avoids a second visit later.

Frequently Asked Questions for Smart Thermostat Installation
How much does smart thermostat installation cost?

Do I need a C-wire for a smart thermostat?
Most smart thermostats need a C-wire for constant power. If your system doesn’t already have one, it’s run as part of the installation rather than billed as a separate visit.
Will a smart thermostat work with my current AC and furnace?
Most modern systems are compatible. A technician checks your system’s wiring and controls before installation to confirm compatibility.
What smart thermostat brands do you install?
We install Nuve smart thermostats and other Wi-Fi compatible models, matched to what works with your existing HVAC system.
