Brandon’s career in the home service industry began with a focus on operational excellence. After managing high-volume painting operations in Virginia and later working within San Antonio’s flooring and general contracting sectors, he identified a recurring problem: a lack of transparency in the HVAC market.
He founded Honeycomb Heating & Cooling to bridge that gap. By combining his background in construction management with a “customer-first” philosophy, Brandon ensures that every Honeycomb client receives flat-rate pricing and quality results without the pressure of corporate sales tactics

Omar Castilleja represents the highest level of technical authority at Honeycomb. As our official license holder, Omar brings over 27 years of master-level experience in the residential HVAC trade.
His deep understanding of South Texas cooling systems and local environmental factors ensures that every technician on our team operates at peak proficiency. Omar personally oversees technical training and system diagnostics to maintain our 5.0-star service standard.
